Last summer during a yard sale excursion, I purchased a cardboard box for $10 that was full of files, an adjustable hole-saw made for a brace and an old draw knife. I finally got around to digging the draw knife out, cleaning it up and putting a bit of an edge on. This should prove to be a handy tool for shaping guitar necks and not too hard on the ole’ pocketbook.

The Straightedge Has Arrived
My 24″ Veritas straightedge arrived yesterday. Now I finally have a benchmark to build from. All in all it is a nice piece of steel. Good job Canada.
